What you are buying
Every calculation on this site — charts, matching, all numerology tools — is free and stays free. A paid unlock buys the written readings layered on top of them, delivered immediately and permanently.
The general position
Because a reading is generated and delivered the moment you pay, a purchase is generally non-refundable once the content has been revealed. Unlocks are deliberately priced low so that this is a small decision rather than a risky one.
When we will refund, no argument
- You were charged more than once for the same unlock.
- You were charged and the unlock did not activate.
- A fault on our side stopped you receiving what you paid for.
- You paid and then did not open the reading, and you ask within 7 days.
What is not a refund reason
Disagreeing with what a reading says is not a defect. Astrology and numerology are systems of interpretation, and we are explicit about that everywhere on the site before you pay.
How to request one
Email support@example.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
